About You

An SA at Flywheel drives progress across Client Management, Product, and Engineering. Ideal candidates will be exceptional in two of these dimensions and interested in the third. We are looking for outstanding Solutions Architects that want to play a leading role in helping integrate Flywheel's platform into major new Enterprise customers and industries like technology, sports, fintech, and e-commerce. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and teaching them how to drive value from new tools. You take pride in finding elegant ways to break through technical and procedural blockers with our Engineering team. You are exceptional at seeing patterns in pain points and converting those patterns into Product and feature specifications to make our product easier to use. You’re comfortable in a sales environment giving demos and answering tough product-related questions.


  • Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Flywheel’s Enterprise customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including analytics, product, and engineering to deliver on customer-facing timelines
  • Convert customer feature and data requests into specs and requirements docs
  • Conduct late-stage sales demos, showing our prospects how our solution can help them
  • Lead discovery on client marketing and sales toolset implementations
  • Coordinate setup of client SaaS tools on Flywheel
  • Drive initial product use cases and audience design within Enterprise client
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and bi-weekly status meetings to communicate value
  • Drive retention and upsell with Enterprise clients
  • Conduct technical user onboarding sessions for non-Enterprise customers ensuring a successful experience on day one
  • Be an owner - document bugs when you see them, fix what you can, identify initiatives that get stuck and move them forward - recognize and do the right things every day to make us better


  • One of Two:
  • Technical Architecture or Engineering experience in Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) with evidence of solving complex issues for demanding clients
  • Product Management experience writing product and technical specs. Evidence of delivery for scaled production features
  • 3+ years in client-facing technical consulting, engineering, product, or marketing analytics roles
  • Experience running sprints and translating requirements into stories for engineering and analytics teammates
  • Experience owning multiple client relationships
  • Experience shipping difficult features or client projects
  • Insatiable intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to self-manage and ship deliverables (we don’t micromanage here)


  • Proficiency with one or more of the tools we use Python, Airflow, SQL (specifically BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift), Kubernetes, Figma,, Notion
  • Demonstrated ability to drive retention and upsell with existing clients
