At Flywheel, we live and stick by a
few simple core values.
Our hackathons are an institution at Flywheel. We take time each quarter to explore new technologies, pitch new ideas, and have some fun building amazing proof of concepts.
Sort of based on the movie, but we aren't in trouble or in high school. Every other week we gather for breakfast club, and discuss important worldly topics such as "What's the best apocalypse movie of all time?"
Every week we have a World's Fair where we bring the team together to share key demos across frontend, backend, and data engineering. We encourage every kind of demo, even the unpolished kind. The type that fail a few times before we get them right, together.
Why? We're not sure. But it has become a Flywheel staple. Regular pizza bakeoffs are now in session.
Flywheel prides itself on being a collaborative team that strongly believes in taking the learner’s mindset to everything we do.
