Engage Android users who are likely to churn and have not opened an email in last 30 days via Braze Email

Goal

Create an audience of potential churn android users and route them to Braze for email engagement.

How you do it

1. Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in Flywheel.
2. Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
3. Activate Braze as a Destination.
4. Create an audience in Flywheel.
5. Select users who have a churn score equal to or above 80%.
6. Select users who access your app or site with an Android device.
7. Select users who have not opened an email in the last 30 days.
8. Export to Braze.
9. Navigate to the Segments Section in Braze. Your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate.
10. Your audience will continue to load to Braze every day with updates.
11. Create a Braze Email campaign to engage these customers with the right product.
