Goal

Convert lost customers to retain customers by targeting them with an exclusive offer using Mailchimp.

How you do it

Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in Flywheel.
Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
Activate Mailchimp as a destination.
Create an audience in Flywheel.
Select customers that have not spent in the last 90 days.
Export to Mailchimp.
Navigate to Mailchimp (your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate).
Your audience will continue to load to Mailchimp every day with updates.
Create a Mailchimp email campaign to re-engage these churned customers with a special offer.
