Reach customers that don't read your emails

Goal

Most of your customers never read your emails. Keep them engaged to continue to upsell and drive lifetime value by advertising to any customers that haven't read your emails in the past 6 months on Facebook.

How you do it

1. Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in Flywheel.
2. Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
3. Activate Facebook Ads as a destination.
4. Create an audience in Flywheel.
5. Select customers that have not read an email in the last 180 days.
6. Select customers that have not made a purchase in past 30 days.
7. Export to Facebook Ads.
8. Navigate to Facebook Audience Manager. Your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate.
9. Your audience will continue to load to Facebook Ads every day with updates.
10. Create a Facebook Ad product ad campaign to engage these customers with the right product.
