How it Works

Goal

Some of your highest spending customers churn. When they do, you can automatically put them in a Marketo email sequence to re-engage them.

How you do it

  1. Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in GrowthLoop.
  2. Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
  3. Activate Marketo as a Destination.
  4. Enable RFMD Segmentation in GrowthLoop.
  5. On the Audience Templates page, choose the GrowthLoop Intelligent Segment "Churned Lost Champions."
  6. Export to Marketo.
  7. Navigate to Marketo Smart Lists. Your audience will take 24-48 hours to fully populate.
  8. Your audience will continue to load to Marketo every day with updates.
  9. Create a Marketo email sequence to engage your best customers that have churned.
