Re-engage users who have never purchased / sold before, and have not opened an email in the last 30 days via Braze Email

Goal

Create an audience of dormant users based on account and email activity and route them to Braze for email re-engagement.

How you do it

1. Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in Flywheel.
2. Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
3. Activate Braze as a Destination.
4. Create an audience in Flywheel.
5. Select users who have not purchased any items.
6. Select users who have not sold any items.
7. Select users who have not opened an email in the last 30 days.
8. Export to Braze.
9. Navigate to the Segments Section in Braze. Your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate.
10. Your audience will continue to load to Braze every day with updates.
11. Create a Braze Email campaign to engage these customers with the right product.
