How it Works

Goal

Create an audience of high purchase intent users and encourage them to check out the items in their cart.

How you do it

Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in Flywheel.
Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
Activate Braze as a Destination.
Create an audience in Flywheel.
Select customers who have at least 1 item in their cart.
Select customers who have not purchased in the last 30 days.
Export to Braze.
Navigate to the Segments Section in Braze. Your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate.
Your audience will continue to load to Braze every day with updates.
Create a Braze Email campaign to engage these customers with the right product.
